Safety Kids Return Policy
Safety Kids aims to provide the best quality and the safest children’s safety vests in Australia. We want you to be completely satisfied with our vests and our customer service.
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Safety Kids. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item is faulty, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange within 12 months of purchase.
Change of mind
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Safety Kids will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:
The item is in resaleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold);
It is within 2 weeks of the delivery date:
The item is not a Special Exception (see below)
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund on the following items unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, in breach of manufacturer’s warranties or consumer guarantees or where otherwise required by law.

We will refund using your original payment method within 3 business days of the receipt of the faulty or unused products.
Australian Safety Standards
All of our vests have been designed to meet Australian Safety Standard AS/NZ4602:2011 for High Visibility Garments in all possible ways. However, this standard applies to adult safety vests, so therefore we cannot claim to have met the standard, as at this stage there is no standard for Child High Visibility Garments.
